At Apex Assignment, we strive to deliver the highest quality service. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds are necessary. Please review our refund policy to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.

Expert Unavailability

In the event an assigned expert becomes unavailable after full payment for the assignment has been made, customers can opt for a new assignment of equivalent value. During this period, customers will also receive an additional bonus of £10 as a goodwill gesture.

 Missed Deadline

If a writer assigned to your project fails to meet the deadline, resulting in no assistance provided, customers can request a refund. However, refunds will not be processed if the delay is due to incorrect assignment information or insufficient details provided by the customer.

Failed Grades

Customers who receive a failing grade must submit a feedback report within 7 days of receiving the assignment to be eligible for a refund. Our team will assess whether the grade was due to poor writing quality or other reasons. Refunds ranging from 30% to 100% may be processed based on our findings.

Money-Back Guarantee

A Money-Back Guarantee is applicable if a customer fails the assignment. Submission of the original fail report is required for assessment by our customer support team, whose decision is final.

Exclusions for Refund Requests

Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

1. Partial payments are outstanding for the assignment.
2. Feedback reports are submitted more than 10 days after the receipt of the assignment.
3. The assignment has a deadline of less than 72 hours.
4. Refund requests are made within 3 days of work delivery, unless there has been active communication with our experts and provision of essential assignment information.

Feedback and Communication

Customers must submit feedback reports via company email for refund consideration. Reports submitted through other platforms will not be accepted.
