Duplicate Order
If a student inadvertently places the same order twice and wishes to cancel one of them to avoid duplication and unnecessary charges.
Changed Assignment Requirements
If the requirements of the assignment are altered by the student’s tutor or academic institution after the order has been placed, making it impractical or irrelevant to proceed with the original order.
Expert Availability Issues
In the event that we are unable to assign the project to an expert due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of qualified personnel, necessitating cancellation of the order.
Missed Deadline Commitment
If Apex Assignment fails to fulfill the commitment to complete and deliver the assignment within the agreed-upon deadline, thereby prompting the need for cancellation.
Breach of Terms and Conditions
If the customer breaches any terms and conditions outlined by Apex Assignment, such as misuse of services, academic dishonesty, or violation of payment terms.
Cancellation Timeframe
Orders can only be canceled within 2 days of order confirmation. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be accommodated due to the progress made on the assignment.
Short Deadline Exception
The cancellation policy does not apply if the assignment has a deadline of 4 days or less from the date of order confirmation, as significant resources and efforts may have already been allocated.
Cancellation Procedure
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at support@apexassignment.com and provide their order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will assess the request and inform the customer accordingly.
Refund Policy
Depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy, ensuring fair treatment of our customers.
